Hacking Yourself – Three Simple Tips
Three simple hacks I learned from Dave Asprey’s TED Talk video today.
These reinforce some of what I learned from other wellness thought leaders.
- Sleep – Avoid or limit blue light before going to bed. Switch off any exposure to blue light such as phone and computers at least two hours before going to bed,
- Gratitude – think of at least three simple things to be grateful for everyday.
- Food – avoid toxins that cause the following:
- Lectins – damaged gut and allergies
- Phytate – low nutrient bioavailability
- Gluten – gut damage and inflammation
- Mold toxins – cancer, heart disease, death
Number 1 and 2 are easy. For number 3, I am curious and now inspired to research what these toxic foods are.
